Bamboo silk is derived from bamboo, and is a type of natural viscose. Cellulose is extracted from bamboo and is formed into a paste, left to dry, and once dried, produces a silky fiber that is soft and cool to the touch. Bamboo silk has increasingly been used as an alternative to traditional silk because of its affordability and performance, and is also a sustainable alternative compared to traditional silk, as bamboo is the fastest growing plant on the planet.
For maintenance of your silk rug, we recommend regular and thorough vacuuming. For spills and stains, we recommend professional cleaning.

Customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin a return. Once we receive the rug in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note that while we provide free shipping within the Continental U.S. for outgoing orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
