For customers outside the Continental U.S., shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that international orders may experience customs delays or additional import duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin a return. Once we receive the rug in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note that while we provide free shipping within the Continental U.S. for outgoing orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For international purchases, we’re unable to accept returns at this time.
