GENERAL SHIPPING
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped ( 10-14 days for custom orders).Â
Due to the handmade nature of our products, processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully craft each piece.
Make sure your items, preferences, and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have shipped out. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The United States and Morocco benefit from a Free Trade Agreement, ensuring that trade between the two countries incurs no customs fees. Consequently, US customers will not be charged any customs fees for their transactions
For shipments to countries other than the United States, please be aware that customs fees may apply. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for covering any customs fees or charges associated with the importation of goods into their respective country.
